We're growing the team. Open a role to see what it owns. If one fits, hit apply; if not, we still love meeting good people.
You dream without limits and execute like everything depends on it. You can pitch the idea, direct the shoot, run the camera when you have to, and cut it together yourself — a whole small project, start to finish, in your hands. Constraints aren't a cage; they're where your best work happens. And you're never standing still: when new tech like AI shows up, you're already learning it, already using it. Relentlessly curious, always sharpening, never finished.
End-to-end delivery on small projects, and the creative bar on everything else. This role can take a small job and own it solo — pitch, direct, shoot, edit — without pulling in the whole team, which keeps the studio nimble and protects margin on lighter work. On bigger projects, it sets and holds the creative standard. Accountable for: small projects that ship complete and on-brand, and a creative bar that stays unmistakably DOUBLE SHOTS as tools change.
You find the angle no one else sees — and you don't follow trends, you start them. You feel what's about to be hot before it's hot, and you turn raw ideas into strategies that actually move people. Distribution is your craft. Attention is your medium.
Audience growth and inbound. Owns how the world finds DOUBLE SHOTS — and how the world finds Ruha and Lucy. Accountable for measurable reach and pipeline: followers that convert, content that travels, and at least one trend the studio started rather than chased. When production is cheap, distribution is the moat — this role owns the moat.
You're the creator this new era was built for — wildly imaginative, but grounded in logic and reasoning. You turn a director's vision into reality at scale, and you make it land the same way every time. You don't just generate; you build the system that makes great output repeatable.
Reproducible, on-brand generated content at volume. This is the spike — not “knows a bit of everything,” but systematic creative production: locks characters (Ruha, Lucy), enforces the skill files and style presets, and keeps generated output consistent across a campaign. Accountable for the pipeline that lets one good look become a hundred without drift. The defensible version of “AI creator” — the part that's hard to copy, not the part a better model erases.
A master in the timeline, and the one who solves every post-production problem that walks through the door. You know the craft cold — rhythm, sound, the grade — and you know exactly where AI fits into it. You're the reason AI footage reads as real, not rendered.
Final delivery quality and the realness layer. Owns the last 15% that separates a studio from a Higgsfield subscription — the finish, the grade, the QC that catches AI artifacts before a client does. In a feed drowning in AI slop, this is a signature, not a cost center. Accountable for: nothing ships looking generated unless we meant it to.
You're not just curious about AI — you can't stop playing with it. The moment a new tool or technology drops, you're already three experiments deep. You break things, learn fast, and bring back what works.
This seat is the test. Accountable for scouting and pressure-testing new tools, and producing real output good enough to ship. The 3 months aren't a trial of the person only — they're the studio's cheap experiment in whether a permanent AI-creative seat is worth converting at all. Convert on demonstrated work, not enthusiasm.
Work that actually ships — for brands like DIOR, ASUS, ROG, and the National Palace Museum.
You won't get boxed into one slot. Touch the whole thing, from board to delivery.
Studio in Songshan; we shoot across Taiwan and wherever the work takes us.
We treat new tools as leverage, not a threat — you'll work where craft and AI meet.
Full-time, freelance, or just keeping in touch — all welcome. Drop us your reel and a line about what you do.
